The Swiss Natya Sabha is an association of Indian dancers for Indian dancers. It is the first association of its kind and connects Indian dancers throughout Switzerland, supports them and offers them a platform for collaborations. I was enthusiastic about the idea from the very first minute, because closer cooperation between Indian dancers in Switzerland has always been my concern (see my vision). It is my conviction that artists create synergies through collaborations, which not only benefit the dissemination of art, but also give the profession of the Indian dancer more scope and visibility and thus more recognition in the long term.
